Yesterday was Mallorie's first day of school. Preschool that is. But it is all the same to her. She has waited for January to come for almost four months. She was excited accept for a few minutes when she got a bit nervous. She did amazing though. she took the teachers hand and went off with out even looking back at mommy. Sniff sniff. It will be good for her to get more of a formal education as well as meet some new friends. I am so proud of her. She is just such a smartie pants. Im sure she will be smarter then me before she hits jr high.

She was however rather sad that fish could not attend school with her. She promised that he would be a good boy and sit quietly. But being the mean mommy that I am, i would not let me go. Isnt her uniform jus the cutest thing ever? I wish i could have gotten to wear one of those. Would have made school so much easier.
Tomorrow we get to go back! She has been asking all day why today is not a school day. Lucky for me it is a dance class day and that seamed to make her feel a bit better. Yesterday started many many years of school and homework for her. Im sure one day the excitement of homework will wear off, but for now.....Yeah for homework!

Merry Christmas

Merry Chritsmas everyone. I know it is bit past. but better late then never. We had a fun Christmas this year. Mallorie is at such a fun age. She could hardly wait to see if Santa had come or not. She asked for a doll like mommy this year. Santa tried his best, but could not match exactly. But she was very excited about her new cabage patch doll. We spent the day will all of the family. Morning was spent alone and with my parents and joe and tara. Then a bit later Rusty, Michelle and Emma came over. The girls had fun playing in the snow. That Afternoon we spent at Marks moms house. Jeremy, Jim and Steph and their kids as well as Matthew and Stacey and their crew were all there. It was sure noisy but a blast. Mallorie and Mark love to play the Wii. A little bit too intensly if you ask me. We got caught in that terrible snow storm that hit that night. it was the worst we have had to drive in in what seams like a very long time. It was nice to get to spend time with so much of the family that we see so infrequantly.
